Architecture of a software system for designing robust business processes

Nowadays, in order for a company to remain competitive, efficient and attractive investors it needs have reliable threat-resistant business processes. The question of methods building such processes remains relevant. This paper proposes software system, which involves the use tools DSM (Domain Specific Modeling), ontological approach, simulation modeling methods, mass service theory, Petri nets. As an example, logistics process ship boarding port is considered. Software implementing are ANYLOGIC METALANGUAGE.
